Because of the great response to our "Bagua Kids Yoga" at our Opening Celebration beginning this Saturday July, 26th we will be offering yoga for kids ages 3 to 6 every Saturday morning from 10:30 am to 11:15 am. The class cost is $10. is taught by Lisa Delpetre who specializes in children’s yoga.

Lisa DelPrete RYT, RCYP is a passionate yogi and has been practicing Hatha flow for over 13 years.  She added Kundalini to her practice after the birth of her 1st child, Alexandra.  At that time she found the fun and fulfillment of practicing yoga with expectant and new moms, dads & kids.  She took her Yoga Alliance teacher training with the popular duo, Paul & Fred, at Miami Beach’s Yoga Shala.  Most recently, Lisa completed levels 1 & 2 of the Radiant Child Yoga Program, studying with creator Shakta Kaur Khalsa. Classes are playful and interactive adventures where everyone gets to breathe, move, laugh and stretch together!  Now, mother of two, Lisa looks forward to practing with son Nicholas as well!
