Reiki is an ancient Japanese art of energy healing that balances your universal life energy ( your Qi or Chi) within your chakras, it removes emotional blockages and can relieve physical pain. The circle begins with a guided meditation by way of Angels and  Spirit Guides, bringing tranquility and clarity before receiving the energy healing. During the Reiki session, the practitioner will place hands on or hover them lightly over different energy centers, in which energy will flow through your body to heal and release stress. As the healing circle closes with a sacred chant, one will experience relaxation and rejuvenation.

How does sound heal the body?
When an organ or body part is healthy, it creates a natural resonant frequency in harmony with the rest of the body. There are many methods of healing with sound and the body heals itself most effectively in a state of deep relaxation. Using music to evoke “the relaxation response” is one of the simplest and most effective ways to promote healing.Crystals are fossilized water, formed when water combines with an element under certain conditions of pressure, temperature and energy. They amplify, transform, store, focus, and transfer energy.  Our bodies, too, are crystalline in structure. When working with crystals, there may be profound effects on the organs, tissues, and cells, as well as the circulatory, endocrine, and metabolic systems.

Thoughts are energy forms. When thought energy interacts with a crystal, those thoughts are changed to more harmonic forms, which change brainwave frequencies, showing possible alterations in consciousness. She’s a dedicated Astanga yogini, following the tradition of Sri K. Patthabi Jois, and she’s trained with David Swenson, Michael Gannon & Lino Miele.   She’s studied with David Keil, Rod Stryker and Tias Little, focusing on how chakras relate to asana, using therapeutic cranio-sacral adjustments.  She’s also studied asana, meditation & theory with Rod Stryker, learning from him the arts of Yoga Marma, or subtle hands-on adjustments, and the deeply self-reflective art of Yoga Nidra.  She’s certified to teach Yoga to children & teens, and holds special workshops & camps for youth.  Jill is also a Certified Trainer, and is head of Yoga At Schools in South Florida. She began learning and performing Sonic Healing with Crystal Bowls. She focuses on the Chakras, the energy centers in the body, interrelating to internal organs near them, to their corresponding emotions and emotional states.  Daily life experiences and normal stress can block the flow of energy, creating imbalance in the mind, body and spirit.  Jill will design a session or series of sessions to clear, balance and tune your chakras, bringing you to a state of innate bliss and healing.
