This 2013 Bagua is pleased to offer women a community gathering, during the New Moon Cycle, to become visionaries and to join women around the world in dreaming a world that creates union and peace.

In these ongoing gatherings, we will discover what it means to be a woman in these times, how can we create and sustain a community, what does it mean to honor and empower ourselves, what is sisterhood, what are our dreams revealing to us as we journey to receive the messages from our ancestors and great spirit.

In these circles we respect and welcome all traditions and lineages uniting in the oneness of creation.

About Daniela Urrutia – from Way of the Rising Sun

Daniela Urrutia is the founder of Way of the Rising Sun, a medicine woman that shares ceremony, shamanic healings, and trainings with her community. Her passion is working with the medicine of mother earth and sharing ancient teachings with her community. Daniela is an Angel Theta Healing and Healing the Light Body practitioner as well as a massage therapist who has more than 15 years of experience. She has developed her own bodywork modality called Ancient Wisdom Massage and currently trains massage therapist in this holistic approach to bodywork. The blossoming core of her teachings are experiential, sacred, and supportive of the ongoing evolution of human kind and the Earth. She trained with the Four Winds at the Healing the Light Body School of shamanic energy medicine. Daniela is a full mesa carrier in her shamanic tradition. She is a graduate from Educating Hands School of Massage and presently teaches at the school. She is an actively empowering woman, especially in the stages of pregnancy offering healing modalities to assist them on their journey to motherhood. REIKI is an ancient Japanese art of energy healing that balances your universal life energy (your Qi or Chi) within your chakras, it removes emotional blockages and can relieve physical pain. The circle begins with a guided meditation by way of Angels and Spirit Guides, bringing tranquility and clarity before receiving the energy healing. During the Reiki session, the practitioner will place hands on or hover them lightly over different energy centers (chakras), in which energy will flow through your body to heal and release stress. As the healing circle closes with a sacred chant, one will experience relaxation and rejuvenation.

Melissa felt an intuitive desire to be an advocate in her community and assist individuals heal from their pain empower them to create the life that they deserved. She began studying psychology and graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Psychology, and high honors with a Masters of Science in Clinical Psychology. As a candidate in a clinical psychology doctoral program, she began to explore alternative holistic methods of healing and energy based therapies. She has extensive therapeutic and clinical experience with adolescents, women, and families since 1998. She found that the mind body connection was essential in emotionally releasing fear, pain, stress, and anxiety. She has found her divine purpose within energetic methods of healing and transitioned from traditional psychotherapy to transpersonal psychology and spiritual life coaching. In her coaching, she utilizes holistic methods of healing the body, mind, and spirit through the guidance of your Higher Self and Spirit.
