The 2 eclipses that took place in this last cycle have now made their mark, in some lives, more obviously than in others. We are now leaving the Leo Lunation that touched our hearts with the awareness of what we desire. Because there was an eclipse at this last new moon we are now permantly stained with our hearts yearning and will need to follow fulfilling this, for at least, the next 6 months.

We move now from the Leo issues of the heart to Virgo’s issues of the mind and our need to feel useful. We must now discover what is essential. The mind and it’s ability to analyze, assimilate and integrate our understanding into practical yet mutable form is what is coming on to the planet’s main stage this month. It’s time now to get back to work and surround ourselves in the safe structure of service.

Saturn in Virgo will be only 3 degrees away from this upcoming new moon. Saturn’s sober and sometimes somber realism will give us an incredible discerning eye into what is and what is not working in our lives.There will be no shortcuts or free lunches this month. Saturn is like a stern, strict grandfather that guides us fiercely yet determinedly in the direction we need to go, but often resist. We can trust this grandfather if we are willing to respect his age and experience. But if our youthful arrogance does not surrender, his firm loving arms, can turn into cold Karmic stones…So please join me to keep our minds warm, soft and importantly humble:
